Classical California
Strategist and special projects producer for Classical California’s developing and ongoing events, including: KDFC’s Classical Americana SKY concert series at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music, featuring resident artist and evening host Lara Downes in conversation and performance with a variety of special guests; the ‘I Believe’ music education series in schools in San Francisco and Los Angeles; KUSC and KDFC’s Classical Kids Discovery Day; and the annual Opera in the Park event in San Francisco’s Golden Gate Park.
KALW
Senior advisor, strategist, and co-creator of KALW’s Music Mission and related programming, partnership, and marketing initiatives. The Music Mission aims to support and amplify artists and position KALW as an indispensable destination for music discovery both locally and globally. Elements included selecting station’s first-ever music director, bringing on new music programming and on-air talent, establishing a partnership with and new broadcast home at 25 th Street Recording in Oakland, and developing and co-launching KALW Presents.
Director of a yearlong initiative beginning in 2018 to introduce KCRW to the San Francisco Bay Area, including the creation and production of select music and cultural offerings. KCRW Bay Area Sessions
Creator and producer of KCRW’s Bay Area Sessions, a series of intimate, high-profile live music shows set before a live audience and filmed and recorded for future broadcast on KCRW’s signature daily music program Morning Becomes Eclectic (and worldwide via the KCRW app). These exclusive sessions, each in a private recording studio or notable location, are designed for serious music lovers who want to experience an artist up close.
Recent Sessions have featured Beirut, Neil & Liam Finn, and Peter Bjorn and John in performance and an interview with music curator and host Chris Douridas.
Executive producer, producer, and co-creator of a wide variety of KCRW events, partnerships, and collaborations in Santa Barbara designed to build community, audience, and brand awareness. KCRW launched its Santa Barbara station in 2014.
Highlights include: an annual partnership with the Santa Barbara Independent to bring the Moth Mainstage, America’s best live storytellers, to the Lobero Theatre, SB; several KCRW Live events hosted by KCRW’s Jonathan Bastian on current topics, including CA-24th Congressional Debates, Santa Barbara Mayoral Debate, A Campus Divided, Priced Out: Santa Barbara’s Housing Crisis, and Undocumented Under Trump, as well as a KCRW Live program on water issues hosted by Warren Olney; expanding KCRW’s Summer Nights to Santa Barbara; Santa Barbara DJ Takeovers; and special KCRW Good Food live events hosted by Evan Kleiman, including Summer Solstice on the Farm and Uni Brunch.
KCRW’s Apogee Sessions
Co-creator, executive producer, and producer of intimate live music series featuring top talent in performance and interviews in the private recording studio of Bob Clearmountain. Filmed and recorded for broadcast on KCRW’s Morning Becomes Eclectic. To date, there have been 100+ sessions attended by major supporters, press, tastemakers, fans, and the music community. The Apogee Sessions series garners significant press. KCRW and its live sessions are considered California’s most prolific launch pad for both buzzing new artists and new projects from established icons.

Sound in Focus presented by KCRW and the Annenberg Space for Photography
Co-creator and producer of first ever annual, large-scale, free outdoor concerts on the greens in Century City to accompany the Annenberg Space for Photography's major exhibitions. The series, a partnership between KCRW and the Annenberg Foundation, enjoyed five seasons, with a total of 16 shows, celebrating music, community, and photography with 5,000 attendees each night. Series production involved close collaboration with the Annenberg Foundation, KCRW Music Director Jason Bentley, Spaceland Productions, and J. Ben Bourgeois Productions.

Summer Nights
Co-creator and executive producer of KCRW's Summer Nights, the station’s signature free, all-ages, outdoor summer music event series taking place across Southern California. The series, now ten seasons strong and growing, comprises 40+ annual music events in communities throughout the greater Los Angeles area, Orange County, and Santa Barbara, serving 100,000+ attendees. Production included partnership-building and collaboration with a wide range of programmers, cultural and business organizations, and communities.

KCRW’s Masquerade Halloween Costume Ball
Co-creator and producer, with KCRW music director Jason Bentley and Spaceland Productions’ Mitchell Frank, of first eight seasons of annual sold-out Halloween costume ball and dance party at the Legendary Park Plaza Hotel, attended by 3,000 guests. Masquerade was known as LA’s “go-to Halloween event of choice,” featuring five uniquely themed ballrooms and stages, 13 KCRW DJs, multiple live bands, dance acts, ghost stories, culinary delights, and more.
KCRW’s Left, Right & Center Live
Producer of many live broadcast incarnations of KCRW’s wildly popular Left, Right & Center program, a weekly civilized yet provocative confrontation over politics, policy, and pop culture, for audiences in Los Angeles and on the road. Event locations included the Theatre at the Ace in DTLA, the Broad Stage in Santa Monica, Inforum at Commonwealth Club San Francisco, WNYC’s The Green Space in NYC, and private homes.
KCRW New Building Grand Opening Celebration
Producer of KCRW and Santa Monica College’s Grand Opening celebration to showcase SMC’s Center for Media and Design and to offer a sneak peak into KCRW’s new studios and headquarters. This day of festivities included a private ribbon-cutting ceremony and live musical performance for 400+ major supporters, city officials, and guests, and an afternoon for the community (3000+) featuring interactive tours, DJs, student dance performances, new media open house, curated culinary offerings, family activities, and more. Production included close collaboration with SMC President and senior team, KCRW President, and a wide range of staff, talent, graphic designers, vendors, city officials, and volunteers.

Ira Glass: Three Acts, Two Dancers, One Radio Host & Radio Stories and Other Stories:
Spearheaded and oversaw a variety of special KCRW partnerships with Ira Glass, Peabody Award-winning host and producer of This American Life, when Ira brought his storytelling genius to sold-out evenings in Los Angeles. Production involved close collaboration with Ira Glass's agency, Ira, and his team to book, determine venues, and oversee marketing, ticket sales, and night of show details. Performances included Three Acts, Two Dancers, One Radio Host in 2014 and 2015 and A Night with Ira Glass: Radio Stories and Other Stories in 2012.
Summer Solstice on the Farm
Executive producer of afternoon of unforgettable scenery and delicious food with private ac- cess to one of California's most special organic family farms. Hosted by KCRW and Good Food's Evan Kleiman at the Coleman Family Farm, with guest chefs Sal Marino (Il Grano), Corina Weibel (Canelé), Jason Paluska (The Lark) and Valerie Gordon (Valerie Confections). Farmer Bill Coleman hosted a summer pig roast (Peads and Barnetts) with craft beer and paired wines from The Hitching Post, Au Bon Climat, and Qupé.
